Good software usually begins with something irritating. A workflow takes too long. A tool is harder than it should be. Or something useful simply doesn’t exist yet.
02 — Build the useful version
We focus first on the smallest product that genuinely improves the experience. No feature checklist for the sake of having a feature checklist.
03 — Use it. Break it. Improve it.
Real use exposes what wireframes don’t. We iterate quickly, simplify aggressively, and keep refining the things that matter.

Eventually software needs to leave the lab. Products are built to be used, not endlessly discussed.
